We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number ZB866197.
What Data We Collect

Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following third-party service providers to operate our website and business: Vercel Inc. (website hosting), Sanity AS (content management and lead data storage), and Resend Inc. via Amazon Web Services (email delivery). These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements and are contractually required to protect your data to standards equivalent to UK GDPR.
International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers are based in the United States. When your data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (UK IDTA) or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the Information Commissioner. Form submissions are retained for up to 24 months unless you are an active client, in which case data is retained for the duration of our business relationship plus 6 years as required by UK law.
